I'm thinking maybe he wants to solo pvp with it??? In that case staying at 100 or w/e won't help him much. I honestly don't see a reason to orbit at 15-20 if they can't shoot back at you, might as well be short range. Also scrambler will turn off...

running lvl 4 missions is so last 10 years :). Incursion is where it's at. You can finish a site within 15ish mins and get 30 mil+ lp for it. For that the king is the vindicator, nightmare(tachs), machariel (with 1400s), and the 2 shield logis are...

So if your cap is full but it's still less than the cap of your target, say a BS nos-ing a supercarrier, would it still take away the super carrier's cap, even though it has nowhere to put it?

I just spoke with the incursion channel, they're all on the opinion that you cannot solo an incursion BS, I say, let us try. And yes I know about officer spawns, but that's once in a blue moon... in fact I'm sure the blue moons are more common. ...

we don't give a damn about tracking, why not nerf tracking and leave range bonuses alone. Balance the tracking aspect of the TE's with 33% reduction, leave the 2 more useful bonuses alone, or at least leave the falloff bonus alone
